As either an existing or potential client, if you are able to obtain better insurance conditions, Business Lease is willing to cooperate with other insurance providers.

A unique component of Business Lease. We would like to point out that provisions for substitute cars at Business Lease differ from what is common in the leasing market. We offer a reliable method of cooperation that our customers continue to find attractive.

Substitute Settle – prepayment based on charges included in monthly rental. Total cost for used rental cars is compared to the total sum deposited during the lease period. The plus/minus result is fully settled with the lessee at the end of the contract. A completely transparent system for dealing with substitute car needs.

 

Damage Settle - prepayment based on a monthly assessment included in the monthly rental. Minor damages occurring during the contract that are not claimable are settled at the end of the lease term.

Business Lease winter tire plan

The Business Lease winter tire plan provides free winter tires without an increase in the leasing rate. Ask for terms and conditions.

 

Non-active option

The non-active option gives you the possibility of considerable cost savings if a lease car in your car fleet is not being used for a longer period of time.

Driver service

Business Lease has been working for years with this successful formula and has built up extensive experience with it. The work involved with car fleet management (as well as internal expenses) is drastically reduced with this driver service. 

 

Analysis and Cost Monitoring

A continuous process of cost monitoring and recommendations for improvement is the most important objective of this Analysis and Advice department.

Why not take the concern over fuel administration off your hands? If you decide to take the advantages of this option within your services package, you’ll receive a fuel card with a PIN code that can be used to fuel up at petrol stations throughout The Netherlands.

If you want worry-free fuelling up abroad, we can also provide you with an international fuel card. You automatically receive a periodic report on all aspects of fuel management.
