Fuel declarations
If fuel expense management is included in your lease contract, Business Lease will send you a Multi Tank Card (MTC) fuel pass with pincode. Each time you tank up you enter your pincode and the number of kilometres and the costs are immediately paid.
However, you may be unable to pay with your fuel pass, for example, due to a defective pass or a technical malfunction. Of course, you would like to declare the fuel costs incurred. You can do so in two ways.

How does declaration via the Internet work?

Make sure you have the receipt you would like to declare on hand.
Depending on the agreements with your employer you should present the receipt to your supervisor or your car fleet manager. He can then approve your transaction. After approval by your employer, MTC will transfer the declared amount to the account number you have provided within 7 working days.

If you do not have a MTC fuel pass or you are unable to use a declaration via the Internet, you can still fill in and send a fuel declaration form. Make a copy of both the receipts and the declaration form for your administration. Download the form: Declaratieformulier, complete it and send it with the original receipts to the following address:
