Multi Tank Card

Depending on the service package your employer chooses, Business Lease will provide you with a fuel pass with a PIN code, which can be used to fill your car’s fuel tank at petrol stations throughout The Netherlands. Your employer will also determine whether you receive a domestic or an international tank pass.

 

It is very important that you enter the proper mileage each time you fuel up, as the lease contract is based on the number of kilometers that you drive.

 

In case you lose your fuel pass, with or without the PIN code, you can block the pass by contacting Business Lease. You can also order a new fuel card from Business Lease.

 

If you lose only the PIN code of your fuel pass, please report the loss to Business Lease. We will then send a PIN code to your private address as soon as possible.

 

What to do if you lose your fuel pass?

You lost a Multi Tank Card fuel pass with or without pincode. If you have a Multi Tank Card, you can block the pass yourself. You can do so by clicking on the following link: pms.mtc.nl/pls/prod/paslogon. Then click on Block pass (pass no longer in possession).

 

This takes you to a page where you enter your registration number and pincode. In Verification you re-enter the pincode. Then click on Save and your pass is automatically blocked.

You should then contact Business Lease to apply for a new pass.

If you are unable to block the pass via the Internet you can call our Help Desk 030 698 58 88 The Help Desk can then block your pass via the Internet. They will ask you for your registration number and pincode.

You only lost the Pincode of your MTC pass.

You can contact Business Lease to report the loss of your pincode. We will then send a pincode to your private address as soon as possible.
