What to do in the event of damage

If your car has incurred damage, whether it is drivable or not, we kindly request that you contact our Business Lease Emergency Service as quickly as possible. We will provide you with detailed information on where you can have your car repaired or how you can have your car repatriated.

Collision damage
In the event of a collision, always fill in the Accident Report Form on the spot together with the other party involved. Make sure that all the information has been filled in on the form and that the other party has signed it. Never make promises to the other party, and whenever possible, list names and addresses of witnesses. Later, we will request that you fill in the Damage Claim Form as well.

Damage by an unknown counterparty and burglary damage
In the event of damage inflicted by an unknown vehicle, you should immediately submit a police report. For damage due to burglary and/or vandalism, you should submit a report to the police as soon as possible. It will also be necessary to fill in the Damage Claim Form.

Damage to third parties
For damage to third parties, without damage to you or your car, an Accident Report Form must be filled in and submitted to Business Lease.

Windscreen damage
For windscreen damage resulting from stones or other objects, you can contact our Service Department directly. In the event of windscreen damage, the damaged area should be covered as quickly as possible to prevent dirt from entering the car.

In the driver’s information kit you will find a special carglass sticker for this purpose.
