Business Lease Nederland starts Chevrolet Leasing - 15-04-2011Business Financial Services (BFS), a subsidiary of Business Lease Nederland, will carry out the lease activities of Chevrolet dealers under the name Chevrolet Leasing. The Secretary of State for Finance recently answered questions from the Dutch Second Chamber about the additional tax liability for delivery vans. His answers included the proposal to investigate whether kilometre registration could be abolished for delivery vans.
Kilometre registration to be abolished for delivery vans - 01-03-2011Secretary of State Frans Weekers told the Second Chamber in the Netherlands today, on 1 March 2011, that he would like to abolish kilometre registration for delivery vans. This proposal follows questions from the Chamber that highlight the wish to implement to purchase agreement for delivery vans used to drive less than 500 private kilometres each year. The exact details of the new purchase agreement are as yet unknown. The Secretary of State will further develop his plans in the coming months and include them in the car tax proposals to be submitted to the Second Chamber in early June. Delivery vans owned by self-employed persons will also be included in the plans.
